1. Overview
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. CompendiumIQ builds private AI knowledge engines for companies that sell health and wellness equipment, devices, and treatment protocols. These knowledge engines allow a company's clinic partners and sales teams to ask questions and receive answers drawn from that company's own approved documentation.
2. What This Service Does (and Does Not Do)
The knowledge engine provides informational responses based on documentation supplied and approved by the company we build it for — manuals, protocols, spec sheets, SOPs, and similar materials. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations to patients, and it is not a substitute for a company's official documentation, regulatory guidance, or the professional judgment of a licensed healthcare provider. It is intended for internal use by a company's clinic partners, sales representatives, and staff — not for direct interaction with patients or consumers.
3. Information We Collect
When you submit a form on this website or book a call, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company website, and any information you choose to provide. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, and follow up as needed.
4. Client Documentation
To build a knowledge engine, we require documentation from the company we're working with (manuals, protocols, spec sheets, SOPs, and similar materials). This documentation:
- Remains the property of the company that provided it
- Is used only to build and maintain that company's knowledge engine
- Is never shared with other clients or used for any purpose outside the agreed engagement
- Is never used to train AI models, whether ours or any third party's
5. End-User Interactions
Once a knowledge engine is live, the company's clinic partners, sales representatives, or staff may submit questions to it. The system is designed to answer based only on the approved documentation provided — not on the open internet or unrelated sources. Users are discouraged from submitting personal, medical, or otherwise sensitive information through the knowledge engine, and such information is not used for decision-making.
6. How Information Is Used
Information submitted through this website is used only to respond to inquiries and schedule calls. For active clients, interaction data from the knowledge engine (such as frequently asked questions) may be used to:
- Improve the accuracy and relevance of answers
- Compile the weekly digest of common topics provided to the client
- Maintain system performance and reliability
We do not sell or share client information, documentation, or end-user interaction data for advertising purposes.
7. Data Storage and Security
Client documentation and knowledge engines are hosted on secure infrastructure. We take reasonable steps to protect information, including limiting data collection where possible, using secure third-party tools to operate the service, and monitoring system performance. While we aim to minimize risk, no system is completely risk-free.
8. Third-Party Services
This service uses trusted third-party tools and AI providers to operate each knowledge engine. These providers may process limited data only as needed to deliver responses and maintain system performance, and are contractually restricted from using client data to train their own models.
9. Human Oversight
A dedicated person monitors each knowledge engine to help ensure accuracy and reliability. This may include reviewing interaction patterns in a limited, controlled manner to improve response quality. No personal profiling or targeting is performed.
10. Access Control
Each knowledge engine is gated behind a shared access credential (such as a password) provided to the company we build it for. The company is responsible for distributing that credential only to its intended clinic partners, sales representatives, or staff, and may request that we change or rotate the credential at any time to limit further access. At this time, access is managed at the company level rather than through individual user accounts, so we are not able to identify or revoke access for a single named user without changing the shared credential for the group.
11. Data Retention
We retain client documentation and related data only as long as necessary to provide the agreed service. Upon request or termination of an engagement, documentation and associated data can be deleted in accordance with the terms agreed with the client.
12. Cookies and Tracking
This website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and understand how the site is used. You can accept this via the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If our use of cookies changes materially, this policy will be updated accordingly.
13. Use of This Website
This website is intended for companies that sell health and wellness equipment, devices, or treatment protocols and are interested in learning about or requesting our knowledge engine service. By submitting your information, you agree to provide accurate details and allow us to contact you regarding your inquiry.
